We begin with a conversation about what’s been happening for you, at a pace that feels comfortable. You’re always in control of what you share.

From there, we may gently explore patterns of stress, emotional responses, or physical tension using counselling and kinesiology techniques.

There’s no pressure to revisit anything before you’re ready. The focus is on helping your nervous system settle, creating clarity, and introducing simple tools you can take with you.

Healing happens over time, and each session builds on the last in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
